We only collect what we need to provide career guidance, mentorship matching, and opportunity recommendations.

To generate personalized career recommendations, mentor matches, learning roadmaps, and opportunity suggestions.

To operate, maintain, and improve the platform, including its AI guidance features.

To communicate with you about your account, waitlist status, and relevant product updates.

We do not use your individual career data to make employment decisions on behalf of any employer.

We share information with service providers who help us run the platform, under contracts that require them to protect your data.

If you connect with a mentor or apply to an opportunity, we share only the information needed for that interaction, and only with your action.

For healthcare organization customers, we provide aggregated, de-identified workforce insights, never an individual nurse's private career exploration.

You can access, update, or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings.

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

You can opt out of non-essential communications without losing access to core features.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
