If you are using Nhift on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on that organization's behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Nhift.

When you provide nursing credentials or professional information, you agree that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Please notify us promptly through our contact form if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Nhift only for lawful, professional purposes related to your nursing career.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by harassing other members, misrepresenting your credentials, scraping data, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Mentorship and community features exist to support nurses. Conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive may result in removal.

Nhift provides career recommendations, insights, and educational information. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Career decisions are ultimately yours. Our recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of any outcome, role, or salary.

Nhift and its content, features, and branding are owned by Nhift, Inc. and protected by applicable laws.

You retain ownership of the information you submit, and you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice.

You may stop using Nhift at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
